How do you like Bomba's newly released 2015 calendar? We think it's pretty hawt, so much so we had a chat with Norizan Saad, Bomba's senior superintendent II of corporate management about it.

As you can see, the theme for this year's calendar is "Fireman and Machine". It is a follow-up from last year's theme of "Man and Equipment".

Girls everywhere are thanking Minister of Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Dato' Abdul Rahman Dahlan for coming up with the saucy concept

The concept is the brainchild of Minister of Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Dato' Abdul Rahman Dahlan

The idea is to convey to the public that Malaysian firefighters are always prepared for emergencies, while showcasing their land, water, and air vehicles

The buff models on the calendar are not only for the ladies. They also serve as motivation and role models for firefighters in the nation to keep themselves in serious shape.

It's not only guys, there are also two female firefighters featured

It's tough to qualify as a Bomba officer. Guys have to be no shorter than 157cm and weigh no less than 48kg. Girls have to be at least 153cm and can't be lighter than 46kg.

See all that muscles? Besides a physical assessment of 54kg weight lifting, raising fire ladder test, rope climbing test and fire ladder climb, they also have to go through a colour identification and hearing test.

Good size and good sight required. There's even a minimum chest measurement requirement of 81cm and 86cm when expanded for guys (girls 'dikecualikan').

In fact, these are some of the buffest firemen in Malaysia. They are the top 10 winners of the 2014 Mr Wonderful contest. Every year, Bomba organises a nationwide bodybuilding contest to find the strongest fireman in Malaysia.

Mr September, the most muscular dude of them all, happens to be winner of Mr Borneo 2011. He's from Sabah bah!

Those are some serious guns.

Look at how Mr. October is so ready to jump into the truck. When the alarm goes off, these men and women have to get ready and leave the station in under 60 seconds.

They have to be physically and mentally ready to save all lives in every situation, even if its a poor kitty with a fishing hook caught in its mouth... or a python stuck in a car engine.

We hope they are also ready to put out the flame in our hearts <3

Tsk tsk Bomba, you shouldn't be setting off fires in our hearts! But its okay, you can show us your fire drill anytime...
