We compiled a list of full scholarships ranging from Pre-University to postgraduate.

  • Pre-University and undergraduate studies:

  • 1. Jeffrey Cheah Foundation Scholarship

    • Region: Local only.

      - Diploma in business, management, information technology, graphic and multimedia design.
      - BSc (Hons) in accounting and finance, marketing, actuarial studies, business, biology, psychology, medical biotechnology, computer science, information systems, information technology.

      University: Sunway University.

      Deadline: 30 March 2018.

      Offers: Full tuition fees and general fees (excluding refundable deposit).

      - Malaysian below 25 years old.
      - Family household income below RM5,000 per month.
      - Minimum 5As in SPM / Minimum CGPA 2.8 in STPM (or equivalent).
      - Active in extra-curricular activities.

  • 2. Sunway Excellence Scholarship

    • Region: Local only.

      Courses: BSc (Hons) in actuarial studies, management, and finance.

      University: Sunway University.

      Deadline: 28 February 2018 and 1 August 2018.

      Offers: Full scholarship in a form of tuition fee deduction (excluding general fees).

    • Region: Local only.

      Courses: A-levels, foundation, and selected diploma and degree courses.

      Universities: Participating institutions can be found here.

      Deadline: Within two (2) weeks after the release of SPM or STPM results.

      Offers: Full or partial tuition fees.

  • 4. Sin Chew Education Fund

    • Region: Local only.

      Courses: Pre-U and degree.

      Universities: Participating institutions can be found here.

      Deadline: Closed for now but expected to reopen in March 2018.

      Offers: Full or partial tuition fees and other relevant fees.

  • 5. ABS - Dr Goh Keng Swee

    • Country: Singapore.

      Courses: Most courses (except for specialised courses like medicine) will be considered.

      Universities: National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore Management University, or Singapore University of Technology and Design.

      Deadline: 15 March 2018.

      Offers: Full tuition and other compulsory fees, travel, annual maintenance allowance of SGD6,500 (RM19,500), and hostel allowance based on the institution of study.

      Criteria: Successful candidates are required to work for three years in either an approved company in Singapore or an approved Singapore-based company in their home country.

      Deadline: 14 days after the announcement of SPM results.

      Offers: Three years of tuition fees, accommodation (hostel), transportation for practical training, student insurance coverage, and monthly allowances.

    • Country: England.

      Courses: Only for London School of Economics and political science students.

      University: London School of Economics (LSE).

      Deadline: Applications are closed for now. Expected to reopen around May.

      Offers: Full tuition fees, living expenses, travel costs (flight ticket at commencement and completion of studies), relocation allowance and visa fee.

      Criteria: Proof of financial need is necessary and the applicant must have a conditional or unconditional offer from LSE.

      Criteria: Willing to serve the Gamuda Group for a specified period upon graduation.

    • Region: Local (Watan Programme) and overseas (Global Scholarship).

      Courses: Foundation, degree, master's and PhD.

      Universities: Any institution from this list.

      Offers: Full academic fees, living expenses, accommodation as well as development and training support.

      Criteria: Required to serve Khazanah Nasional or other approved organisations for a duration equal to the study period.

  • 12. HM The King's and HM The Queen’s Scholarships

    • Country: Thailand.

      Courses: Master's in any discipline offered at School of Engineering and Technology (SET), School of Management (SOM) or School of Environment, Resources, and Development (SERD).

      University: Asian Institute of Technology.

      Deadline: 31 March 2018.

      Offers: Tuition fees, accommodation, and a bursary for living expenses in AIT's residential campus for the entire 22-month program.
