Pizza Hut Launches The First Digital Concept Store Of Its Kind In Malaysia

Their pizza delivery service is also now available through the newly-launched Pizza Hut mobile app.

  • The popular pizza chain has officially launched their first digital concept store, as part of their ongoing initiatives to offer a more convenient customer experience

  • Located in Sunway Pyramid, the digital store is the first Pizza Hut outlet of its kind in Malaysia. The store's most prominent feature are the digital ordering panels at the brand-new take-away kiosks.

    • Made for take-away orders, the large panels are located on the outside of the restaurant, where customers are able to customise their order before making their payment via credit card or cash.

      For added convenience, the customer's mobile number is taken down during the ordering process to eliminate the need to wait around for their order to be ready. Feel free to walk around the mall, get some shopping done, or complete some errands - the outlet will just give customers a ring once their order is ready.

  • Dine-in customers, on the other hand, are provided with digital menus - complete with Augmented Reality function

    • Diners at the store will get to experience an AR menu where dishes and promotions come to life, thanks to the tablets provided at each table. The tablets come complete with fun games to pass the time while waiting for the order to be ready.
