What is the one thing you look forward to most in a plate of char koay teow? If your answer is siham (cockles), you're gonna wanna make a trip to this food stall in Seremban soon. :p

Rasah Koay Teow Goreng in Seremban has become the talk of the town after enticing photos of their fried koay teow topped with oodles of juicy siham went viral on social media recently

The food stall and its signature dish are currently making its rounds on Facebook in a post by local foodie page My Makan TV. There is so much *siham* on the plate that it almost covers up the koay teow! :p

While a normal plate of fried koay teow with egg, lard, and a spoonful on siham costs RM5.50, you can opt to have a plateful of cockles added to your order for an extra RM3.00

NOTE: Food bloggers recommend stopping by the stall before 9.30am if you want to opt for extra cockles, as they may have run out of cockles after that.

If you're not too keen on raw or half-cooked cockles, you can request for your extra cockles to be fried with the koay teow or noodles for a less bloody finish

Rasah Koay Teow Goreng (non-halal) is located at Restoran Pin Xiang Lou at Jalan Seng Meng Lee, Seremban

Address: Rasah Koay Teow Goreng @ Pence Food Court (Restoran Pin Xiang Lou 品香楼美食中心), Jalan Seng Meng Lee, 70200 Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.

Opening Hours: 7.00am to 2.00pm daily, except Wednesday (closed).

While you're planning a road trip to Seremban, why not go a little further to Melaka for this famous siham stall?
