Are customers always right?
Food and beverage industry is a tough industry to make a decent living, as you would probably notice most establishments closing after a relatively short period of time.
Cooking something that will directly enter your body is the very personal extension of our affection towards the people we feed.
Any harsh criticism is felt as a personal attack on our passion and what we believe in. It is felt as a form of rejection to a spurned lover.
Why are Chinese restaurants notorious for bad service and yet it is unforgivable when a Western restaurant delivers the same standard of service, despite serving amazing food?
So when you are dissatisfied, please cut us some slack. The customer is not always right and even if you were, you don’t have to act like a horrible person about it.

You'd think in this day and age of social media, Community Managers of Facebook Pages for businesses would be trained and savvy. Because if they were, they wouldn't call their customers "bitches"..
