This Man Sitting On An Ice Slab Isn’t Doing What You Think He Is
The actual story behind this 'chilling' photo, however, happened 5,580 km from KL.

With the typhoid outbreak confirmed in KL, we can understand why this photo would send chills down your spine – "OMG, is this how they 'warm' up the ice before they serve it to me in a cup?"

However, you shouldn't worry. This man is 5,580 km away from Malaysia, in New Delhi where it can be REALLY hot.
If this was taken in May 2015, when temperatures rose to 45.5°C (YEAH, SUPER HOT), then this guy was probably just 'chilling' on some ice.
During summers, Delhi spits fire and people do all sorts of things to keep themselves cool. This man here was probably doing the same, or maybe he was just 'butthurt' and needed to soothe an itch or wound at his posterior.
Nevertheless, with 32 confirmed cases of typhoid fever reported in KL so far, we need to be cautious and avoid food with poor hygiene, e.g. roadside stalls, etc.
