However, the beloved canine was recently reported by his owners to have passed away
Leaving his over 200,000 followers devastated.
His owners revealed the bad news on Instagram
They want both themselves and Puffie's fans to move on.
Puffie The Chow was born in China on 13 February this year and moved to Malaysia in June when he was given to his owners as a birthday present
He soon began to be known as the "world's cutest dog"
And avid followers of the #InstaPuppy hashtag would agree.
Comments on Puffie's social media accounts are now filled with mourning fans
His death was a sudden shock that no one saw coming.
While Puffie's journey has ended, he'll always be remembered for the adorable ball of fluff he is
