    • The WorldBlu List of Freedom-Centered Workplaces™ 2016, which is in its 10th edition this year, was awarded to 26 companies and organisations from various industries located across the US, Canada, Mexico, the Netherlands, Malaysia, Haiti, Romania, and New Zealand.

      An organisation makes it onto the WorldBlu List through a rigorous Freedom at Work™ Scorecard process completed by employees. The assessment evaluates the overall design of an organisation along a fear-based to freedom-centered continuum in three core areas - leadership, individual performance and systems, and processes.

    • Transparency is put to practice in the form of 'In Your Face' sessions, conducted monthly by teams to evaluate how the team and its members are doing. The sessions are done over a casual meal and are designed to be a space where team members openly share their thoughts, as well as address issues and take on unified steps to improve the business.

      In addition, any team member can organise a 'Smoke Signal' a.k.a. a monthly all-expenses-paid team activity instead of team-building exercises traditionally conducted by the HR department. Smoke Signals so far have ranged from movie nights and food adventures to sports activities and workout sessions.
