Tan Sri Tony Fernandes has got to be one of the most down to earth and approachable CEOs we've ever seen! He's also known to be pretty hands on, like when he helped his crew vacuum an AirAsia plane just a few months ago.

Most recently, Fernandes went on-ground again, taking on the role of a flight attendant onboard an AirAsia flight in honour of International Cabin Crew Day on 31 May

"Helped out my crew as flight was full and it was International Cabin Crew Day," he wrote in a video of him collecting rubbish from passengers.

He also thanked the Allstar cabin crew (that's what AirAsia staff are affectionately called) for "working so hard and making flying much more pleasurable"

"To all cabin crew all over the world, especially my Allstar cabin crew, thank you for working so hard and making flying much more pleasurable. My Allstar crew keeps winning awards and are amazing," he wrote.

Fernandes also took time to rectify concerns from some of his followers, especially this lady who called him out on the "publicity stunt"...

... And even answered some questions about how AirAsia handles waste
