For the first time ever, the Great British Circus is coming to Kelantan with a one-of-a-kind, all-male cast

Set to take place at AEON Mall Kota Bharu, this special performance was tailored specifically for Kelantanese audiences, following regulations set by the conservative PAS-led government.

The performance is in compliance with the state's 2002 ruling, which allows only male performers in live shows. Female entertainers above the age of 12 are prohibited from performing on stage.

"We are excited to bring the Great British Circus in a form that can be enjoyed by the local community," said Madam Biliana Kirilova, one of the founders of the UK-based circus.

"Our goal has always been to make the circus accessible to as many people as possible, accommodating various aspects of language, culture, religion, and economic background," she added.

The Great British Circus promises an exciting two-hour spectacle filled with comedic elements, amazing stunts like the Globe of Death, dancing, singing, and acrobatics — all performed by an international cast hailing from over 10 countries, including the UK, USA, Russia, Ukraine, Iran, Colombia, Brazil, and more.

The Great British Circus does not involve animals in their performances. Since the circus brand began touring in 2014, it has become a popular attraction in Malaysia.
