Linkin Park's Mike Shinoda Reveals Funny Moment Signing A Malaysian Baby's Forehead
He said he hopes the little one will eventually come forward and claim, "It was me!"
In a recent interview on Mythical Kitchen, Linkin Park's Mike Shinoda shared a hilarious story from his time touring in Malaysia that no one saw coming
It all started when a fan approached the band's co-lead vocalist at one of their concerts with a simple request: he wanted Mike to sign something.

Naturally, Mike thought it would be a standard fan item — a poster, album, or shirt.
But instead, the fan pulled out a baby and asked Mike to sign it.

"He handed me the Sharpie. And then he did this with the kid," Mike explained, gesturing as if handing over a baby
At that point, Mike was too far in to back out. "It was too far gone," he said, laughing. "He didn't want me to sign a garment. He wanted me to sign the baby."

Being the good sport that he is, Mike agreed to sign the baby, though he was a bit hesitant. The fan pointed to the baby's forehead and said, "Right here!"
Later, Mike joked that he was "60% convinced" it was the baby's forehead he signed. The interviewer responded that it was probably the best spot, given that "everywhere else is soft."
When asked if he'd ever followed up with the Malaysian baby, Mike chuckled and said he hopes one day the kid will step forward and say, "It was me! I got my forehead signed!"

Fans quickly jumped into the comments, speculating that the last Linkin Park concert in Malaysia was in 2006, which would make the baby around 18 years old now.
Others were curious about who the dad or child could be. Some even joked that Mike should return to Malaysia to sign their baby.
A quick check reveals that Linkin Park actually performed in Malaysia twice — in 2003 and 2013.
