Both Golden Screen Cinemas (GSC) and TGV Cinemas have announced that they will be reopening this Friday, 5 March!

Following the government's official announcement made by Senior Minister (Security) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob on 2 March for cinemas to reopen, both GSC and TGV Cinemas have confirmed that they will be opening their doors this Friday, 5 March, with some new and previous titles.
Here's a list of movies that will be releasing this month if you're planning an outing to the cinemas:
1. Disney's Raya and The Last Dragon
Raya and the Last Dragon takes us on an exciting, epic journey to the fantasy world of Kumandra, where humans and dragons lived together long ago in harmony. But when an evil force threatened the land, the dragons sacrificed themselves to save humanity. Now, 500 years later, that same evil has returned and it's up to a lone warrior, Raya, to track down the legendary last dragon to restore the fractured land and its divided people. However, along her journey, she'll learn that it'll take more than a dragon to save the world - it's going to take trust and teamwork as well.

Vijay is a college professor and often gets into drunken fun with the students. However, the fun stops when Vijay and his drinking get blamed for a conflict between the students and was fired. How he discovers the evil minds behind this and save the children from drug abuse forms the rest of the story.

5. Demon Slayer - Kimetsu No Yaiba The Movie: Mugen Train

A direct sequel to the 2019 anime series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, the movie follows Tanjiro and the gang after they have completed their training at the Butterfly Mansion. They are now working on a case that involves more than 40 people going mysteriously missing aboard the Mugen train in a short period of time. Unknown to them, Enmu, one of the Twelve Kizuki, has prepared a trap for them on the train.

6. Shock Wave 2
When a bomb went off unexpectedly during a police operation to disarm it, Poon Shing-Fung, a bomb disposal officer, got caught in the blast and thus lost one of his legs. 7. Stand By Me Doraemon 2
