[VIDEO] This Malaysian Has A Hilarious Response To Singapore's Yee Sang Claims

Malaysians completely lost it when BBC claimed that Yee Sang originated from Singapore
Last month, the news portal wrote an article stating that the Seremban-made Yee Sang was created by four Singaporean chefs.
Naturally, Malaysians weren't pleased by those claims and a debate on the topic ensued.

Now, one Malaysian guy has come up with a creative response for Singaporeans' food claims

Malaysian composer Steven Bones Everything turned the classic Mary Poppins song 'Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious' into a witty parody and we can't get the chorus out of our head
The video titled "Mak Cik Poppins" has garnered over 3,100 Facebook shares since it was posted on 28 February.

In place of the original song's lyrics, 'Mak Cik Poppins' voiced by Malaysian singer Yvonne Chong, sings a list of popular local dishes while paying homage to their 'actual' origins

"Nasi lemak, kangkung belacan, ikan patin tempoyak, char kuey teow, kai see hor fun, thosai, nasi kandar, mee rebus, nasi ayam, laksa seluruh negara," sings Mak Cik Poppins.
"Makanan paling hebat semua di Malaysia!" she continues, as Steven chimes in as the male character Bert, "Mari sini makan! Banyak gerai!"
