To celebrate their 25th anniversary, property developer M K Land will be hosting a one-of-a-kind weekend event called Groove & Good Grounds at Damansara Perdana, woohoo!
Groove & Good Grounds is more than just an ordinary festival. It's a fiesta where Malaysians can relax with family, friends, and loved ones while enjoying a variety of special activities.
With laid-back entertainment, a wide range of food stalls, coffee, desserts, floral arrangements, car boot sales, and more from selected local vendors, there will be something for everyone.

1. Enjoy a mix of live music and performances that will set the perfect ambience for a relaxing weekend

2. Indulge in a variety of food stalls offering a wide array of delicious options
From savoury dishes to delectable desserts, your taste buds are in for a treat. Vendors like Prime Cuts, known for their exceptional Halal-Certified Kagoshima A5 Wagyu skewers, will be there too.
3. Get your caffeine fix from local coffee vendors and quench your thirst with refreshing drinks
The highlight of Groove and Good Grounds, besides the music, is the coffee! You can grab a cup of specialty coffee from vendors like Rimbun Kopi and THURSDVYS Coffee House, or if you prefer matcha, Ijo Matcha will be there. Other beverages such as kombucha, pandan latte, and more will also be available.
4. Participate in engaging activities such as boxing training sessions and yoga workouts
Come dressed in workout attire and join as early as 10 am on both days to fully enjoy these energetic sessions, perfect for all fitness levels. The fiesta will also be celebrated simultaneously at two M K Land Sales Gallery sites in Taman Bunga Raya, Bukit Beruntung, and Meru Perdana 2, Ipoh, on Saturday, 29 June.
