Located in the heart of Bandar Cassia, the massive park considers itself the first of its kind. In fact, what you're seeing is simply the first phase of park, which will eventually span 25 acres.

The green sanctuary is part of a mega-scale development called Aspen Vision City, which will also house the soon-to-open IKEA Penang with an integrated shopping centre, a commercial and financial precinct, residences, a four-star business hotel, an international school, and a medical centre.
The park's biggest highlight right now is the Four Seasons Floral art piece, a magnificent floral arch representing spring, summer, autumn, and winter
