Hot Bird serves its fried chicken with a choice of six heat levels, which include: No Heat, Mild, Hot, Super Hot, Burn Baby Burn, Reaper, and XXX (a secret level not listed on the menu)
Yes, Reaper is exactly what you think — coated in one of the world's hottest chillies, Carolina Reapers.
"You'll first taste the floral note before the heat kicks in. Many people find it hard to take the heat," the founders told New Straits Times.
There's even an 'XXX' spice level on the 'secret' menu, which is for the adventurous risk-takers and not for the faint of heart.
