With a passion in agriculture, Loi successfully built and scaled a dairy farm, consequently making Farm Fresh the market leader in all-natural and fresh dairy products in Malaysia.
As the company's managing director, Loi has grown Farm Fresh to become a successful RM1 billion initial public offering (IPO) company listed on Bursa Malaysia, marking Malaysia's largest initial IPO since June 2021.
Brahmal Vasudevan, chairman of the Board of Directors, shared his excitement for Loi's appointment, noting how Loi first started as an entrepreneur with Endeavor Malaysia

"Loi and his team at Farm Fresh have built Malaysia's very own fresh milk empire and have transformative plans for the industry. His extensive entrepreneurial experience, including taking a company from inception to IPO and expanding into the consumer packaged goods (CPG) and F&B market will add a unique edge to Endeavor.
"Our portfolio is growing more than ever and has demonstrated to lead high-growth companies. In order to create meaningful impact in the ecosystem, Endeavor needs to be ready to provide world class mentorship to help these entrepreneurs scale in their respective industries.
"We are honoured to have more high-impact entrepreneurs as Loi, Eric, and Fadza who were once Endeavor Entrepreneurs to multiply their impact and inspire others to thrive in their entrepreneurial endeavours," said the chairman.
Loi joins seven existing directors on the Board of Endeavor Malaysia:
- Brahmal Vasudevan (Founder and CEO of Creador)
- Afzal Abdul Rahim (Commander-In-Chief of TIME dotCom)
- Mark Chang (CEO and co-founder of JcbNext)
- Lim Chern Yuan (Group CEO of Yinson)
- Fadzarudin Anuar (CEO and co-founder of FashionValet Group)
- Thomas G. Tsao (Chairman and founding partner of Gobi Partners)
- Eric Cheng (Group CEO and co-founder of Carsome)

Loi was selected as an Endeavor Entrepreneur in 2016 at the 65th Endeavor International Selection Panel in Bali.
Here's what he had to say upon joining the board:
"I am honoured to join alongside the rest of the Endeavor Board and contribute to Endeavor's mission of supporting high-impact entrepreneurship globally. When I first built Farm Fresh, even at the age of 40, I still had a lot to learn.
"In what was expected to be a lonely journey, Endeavor turned it around and exposed me to a network of mentors, peers, and partners that has helped Farm Fresh to be where it is today."

Achieving another huge milestone this year, Loi recently announced a RM83.9 million share acquisition of the country's largest homegrown premium ice cream chain Inside Scoop and the launch of his expansion into the F&B industry with its Jom Cha brand.
Loi's expertise in entrepreneurship and business leadership will be invaluable as Endeavor aims to support and grow the entrepreneurial ecosystem even more this year, especially with an overly uncertain economic situation locally and globally.
With the support of over 70 mentors, Endeavor Malaysia now supports 78 companies across two different tracks — Endeavor Entrepreneur Track and ScaleUp Endeavor Track
