Mother & Daughter Found Dead Embracing Each Other Under Landslide Soil In Batang Kali

The death toll from the fatal landslide at Batang Kali this morning, 16 December, has now risen to 18 after two more bodies were found

According to a Selangor Fire and Rescue Department spokesperson, the two were found embracing each other under landslide soil at the Riverside campsite, reported Free Malaysia Today.

"Both were found at 4.40pm. They were hugging each other. We believe they were mother and daughter," the portal quoted the spokesperson as saying.

Meanwhile, 15 victims still remain unaccounted for.
