It was found that the victim had several other diseases, including asthma and gout

The police said the elderly man had lived with his younger brother near the bus stop. An examination carried out by medical officers later confirmed that he died at the scene.

"The treatment book revealed that he does often seek follow-up treatment for his illnesses," added Mohd Fadzli.

The case was classified as sudden death as the police found no elements of foul play or crime. The victim's body has been sent to Jasin Hospital.
