Malay Mail reported that the man was unhappy after being honked at by a 22-year-old female driver near Jalan Kasturi in Seksyen 12, Taman Bukit Serdang.
He had been hogging the road with another motorcyclist, before the Perodua Alza driver overtook both of them.
The suspect caught up with the Alza and stopped abruptly in front of the vehicle. He then shattered the car's windscreen with his helmet while the other motorcyclist looked on.
Police are seeking to apply for a remand order against the man
"A remand order against the suspect will be applied under Section 117 of the Criminal Procedure Code from the court," Ismadi said, according to Malay Mail.
"All investigations are ongoing," he added.
