Woman Orders iPhone 13 Pro Max On Lazada But All That Came Was An Empty Box
The parcel was allegedly tampered with.
A Singaporean woman ordered an iPhone 13 Pro Max on Lazada, but when she received the item, she found that the box was empty
The woman, who paid SGD1,624 (RM5,270) for the iPhone, said that she received her parcel from Speedpost on 27 September at 3.15pm, but she noticed that the packaging was allegedly tampered with.
She realised she had only received the iPhone's box when she opened the suspiciously torn packaging.
She claimed that the package she received was internally ripped and that the box was rewrapped using the same packaging.

Her neighbour shared a closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage which showed the delivery person
On September 29, she posted the footage to Facebook and asked for the public's assistance, requesting that anyone who recognised the delivery woman in the video contact her husband immediately to share more information.
"My husband and I contacted Lazada and Speedpost about this matter, and we also requested police assistance from the Singapore Police Force and filed a police report," said the victim.
