The Redmagic 8S Pro Is Slated For A Global Launch On 18 July
However, it is unclear whether Malaysia is included in the global launch.
Initially launched in China, the nubia Redmagic gaming flagship is coming to the rest of the world on 18 July
The 8S Pro is an upgraded version of the 8 Pro, launched earlier this year with upgraded specs and a whopping 24 GB RAM. This new blazing-fast gaming phone also features the latest Qualcomm chipset, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Leading Version.

This phone is built for an unparalleled gaming experience
It features a 6.8-inch AMOLED display, with a resolution of 2480x1116 pixels and a high refresh rate of 120Hz, while sporting a remarkable screen-to-body ratio of over 93%. Redmagic's latest UDC display technology also eliminates the need for a punch-hole cutout.
The Redmagic 8S Pro is powered by a large 6,000mAh battery, which supports 80W fast charging. Alternatively, the 8S Pro Plus model offers an even faster 100W charging speed, but with a slightly smaller 5,000mAh battery.
Up until now, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset has primarily been available with a maximum clock speed of 3.2GHz. However, the Redmagic 8S Pro stands out by featuring the new Leading Version of the processor, which can reach speeds of up to 3.36GHz.
Additionally, Redmagic has confirmed that the phone will come with its advanced ICE 12.0 cooling system to efficiently disperse heat from intense gaming sessions.

The Redmagic 8S Pro will be launching on 18 July
As of the time of writing, clicking on the product page link will redirect Malaysians to the Redmagic Malaysia site with an error 404 message. This implies that our country may not be included in the global launch date.
For reference, the previous Redmagic 7S Pro was launched in Malaysia in October 2022. It is possible that Redmagic Malaysia is planning for a similar October launch this time as well.
