Ola Bola Anthem Just Won The Best Theme Song At Golden Horse Awards!

Ola Bola's theme song 'Arena Cahaya' was awarded the Best Original Song at the 53rd Annual Golden Horse Film Awards last night, 26 November. The song was composed by singer Zee Avi and songwriter Rendra Zawawi.
Arena Cahaya beat four other nominees including China's 'It's Cold Without Your Love', from the movie Big Fish & Begonia and China's 'Sawadika' (Detective Chinatown).
Zee Avi, who was present along with the film's director Chiu Keng Guan at the ceremony in Taipei, was visibly surprised upon hearing the announcement. "I thought I was invited to give a performance of the song," Avi said in Mandarin.
Switching to English, Avi thanked director Chiu Keng Guan
"Thank you director Chiu for this incredible opportunity. This is an amazing project to be a part of because it (the movie) is about unity, diversity and harmony. This is to remind us all that we are the same. It's incredible to be a part of a project that is based on so much love," she said, before thanking a number of people.
