If you thought IMAX screens are gigantic, wait 'til you see the largest screen in Malaysia that has just made its home at MBO Cinemas' new flagship location
Making its debut at the new MBO Cinemas in The Starling Mall, Damansara Uptown, the MBO Big Screen features a screen measuring 20 metres in width and 11 metres in height. The hall is also equipped with a state-of-the-art BARCO laser RGB projector - the first of its kind in Malaysia - for brighter, sharper visuals and DOLBY ATMOS sound system for an immersive viewing experience.

To commemorate the milestone, MBO Cinemas posted a video showing how the gigantic screen was set up and yes, it needed THAT many people just to carry it into the hall!

MBO's flagship location, which marks its 27th outlet in Malaysia, has also introduced some brand new features to provide moviegoers with a unique cinematic experience, such as:
(i) MBO Kecil: Perfect for families with young children, this concept hall provides Kecil Sofabeds, bean bags, and even a playground inside the cinema for kids to play to their heart's content while watching movies at the same time.
