Over the past few days, the Internet has been flooded with news of employers giving their staff special treats in time for the Raya celebration

Farah Wen, a businesswoman and TikTok influencer, recently went viral after she shared a video showing how she gave her helpers a special treat for the festive season.

In the 31-second clip posted under @farahwen, the woman recorded her helpers in front of her house while they waved and smiled at the camera.

She then gave her helpers a surprise by gifting them three ang pows containing RM10,000 each.

"Morning surprise! RM10,000 duit Raya for their family," she wrote in the video.

They proceeded to open the ang pows which were filled with RM100 bank notes, leaving them smiling from ear to ear.

After giving them the big surprise, the woman then took her helpers on a special helicopter ride

She later revealed that the helicopter had taken her maids to an island for a short getaway before Raya.

The helpers can also be seen still in their uniforms while carrying their employer's baby and enjoying the view of the island.

They were also given a private suite all to themselves.

Netizens were astounded by the woman's gifts for her employees and left humorous comments

Some netizens asked if the woman was looking for another maid, as they would love to apply for the position.

Another commented that they must now study for a bachelor's degree to become a helper.
