Videos of a Japanese man dressing up in a realistic dog costume has caught the attention of thousands of YouTube viewers worldwide
According to The Straits Times, the man named Toco bought the Rough Collie dog suit at an estimated two million yen (RM60,000).
On Toco's YouTube channel, viewers can watch him as the Collie performing tricks, going on walks, receiving belly rubs, and pretending to eat dog food.
The "dog" is also seen engaging with his fans by answering their frequently-asked questions through cards.
Toco's videos average a view count of 30,000 views, with his most successful video receiving over three million views.
Toco said he has always had an innate interest in becoming an animal ever since he was a child
In a self introduction video, Toco explains that it has always been a childhood dream of his to become an animal, and now that he is an adult, he could fulfill it.
He mentions that he will not be revealing his identity in fear of being harassed by those who may not agree with his lifestyle.
Toco also shares his gratitude for his viewers who support him for his unique hobby.
Toco has been receiving plenty of love and positivity on his videos, generating a fanbase of over 22,000 subscribers
