The cub, named Kiara, bonded with a nurturing domestic cat for a short time, after her liger mother couldn't produce milk. This week, photos of that adorable interaction surfaced on Internet.

However, it wasn't long before the mini mammal began displaying more predatory behaviour, a sign it was time to return her mother. Kiara was taken back to the zoo where she was successfully re-introduced to her mother.
