Forget spooky costumes — one Malaysian girl served looks (quite literally) this Halloween as a comforting dish of wantan mee

TikTok user Wei Shan went viral for her epic outfit, which included all the essentials: slices of char siew, a couple of limp veggie strands (keeping it hawker-stall-authentic), and noodles cascading down like the tastiest dress you've ever seen.

The finishing touch? Chopsticks in her hair — which she casually pulled out mid-video to pick up a 'fried wantan' crafted from brown paper.

The Internet's obsessed, and honestly, we're just hungry

Speaking to SAYS, she explained that she created her costume for her company's Halloween party, where everyone was encouraged to dress up as something that started with the first letter of their name. Instead of choosing a typical costume like Wonder Woman, Wei Shan opted to dress as wantan mee.

She made her outfit herself, using yarn, printed pictures, and a hot glue gun throughout the five-hour process. She mentioned that the total cost of her costume, including the inner dress from H&M, was under RM100.
