A moment captured yesterday, 28 March, of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has been going viral after the leader was seen running into parliament
In a tweet posted by Bernama, the light-hearted dash was caught in multiple photos as Anwar hurried to the Dewan Rakyat. The assembly was regarded as the Minister's Question Time, and was conducted as the first meeting of the second term under his leadership.
After hearing the bell, he rushed into the hall alongside his escorts and bodyguards, who also ran with him. The spectacle made for quite an interesting scene, as many were enthused by the brief moment.
The moment has since gone viral on social media, with many people gathering to create some of the funniest memes of Anwar running into parliament.
