This Stall Owner Ran Out Of 'Tapau' Containers, So He Used the Next Best Thing Instead
So good.
With the Selangor state government's recent implementation of the no-plastic bag policy, local eateries and food stalls have turned to paper boxes and biodegradable plastic containers for takeaways
Selangor has started banning the use of plastic bags and polystyrene packages for retailers and vendors. If they fail to comply, a fine of up to RM1,000 will be given.
But when a particular stall owner ran out of plastic containers for a takeaway fried rice. He put his creative skills to the test and used something nobody would've ever thought of.
Yup, a transparent glove!
Malaysian FB user Chin Eddie posted about the encounter on 12 January which has since gone viral on social media
In the post, the Malaysian shared how he had gone to the eatery to order takeaway fried rice but the shop owner told him that they had run out of the plastic containers that they usually used for takeaway orders.
He obviously got more than what he bargained for.
