A video showing an eagle floating in the air in Petaling Jaya, Selangor has left netizens scratching their heads
In the 36-second long video, the bird can be seen hovering in the sky even though its wings are not flapping.
Two firemen can be seen standing on a fire engine as they try to rescue the eagle by extending a long rod, hoping that it can reach the bird and pull it down.
However, the eagle floats higher and higher despite its wings being clipped together.
The person who is filming the video says the bird looks so pitiful.

According to Kosmo, the rescue mission attracted motorists' attention and caused traffic congestion near the Mutiara Damansara Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station.
China Press reported that the bird in the video is an eagle.
Meanwhile, thousands of netizens were bewildered after watching the viral video, while some of them jokingly shared 'conspiracy theories' in a bid to find an answer for the strange phenomenon
"This proves that we actually live in The Matrix world," Kosmo quoted a netizen as saying.
"Is this an attempt by aliens to 'fish' the inhabitants of the earth?" asked a Facebook user.
"This must be due to the 5G frequency," quipped another person.
However, none of the netizens' guesses were true.
In a statement, the Selangor Fire and Rescue Department said the eagle was actually entangled in the string of a kite.
"The incident happened on 12 November and the fire brigade was informed of the incident at about 6.28pm before a team of members and officers from the Damansara Fire and Rescue Station were rushed to the location," read the statement, reported Kosmo.
"In the incident, an eagle was caught in a kite string, and not long after, the animal managed to break free before flying away."
