The wait is over! The first CU convenience store from South Korea is finally opening its first Malaysian outlet at Centrepoint, Bandar Utama, on 1 April.

You might recognise the familiar green and purple store if you're a K-drama fan, as it appears in many scenes.

We had a preview tour of CU, as well as a demo of some of its best snacks. Here's what you can expect to find at the store:

1. There's a pick-up counter selling made-to-order street food, such as tteokbokki, odeng (fishcake), dakgangjeong (fried chicken), corn sausage, and more

2. If you're craving something sweet, you should drop by for its bingsu, which comes in five unique flavours: choco, goguma (sweet potato), peanut butter, mango, and black sesame
