The Maid Returned To Indonesia After Madam Khoo Passed Away
The Indonesian came back to Singapore last month to receive the money, reported Chinese daily Lianhe Zaobao.
About $760,000 of Madam Khoo's estate was also donated to Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital. Her neighbour, Tan Kwee Lim, presented a cheque to the hospital during its 103rd anniversary celebrations on Saturday. She also gave $100,000 and her 10 cats to the Cat Welfare Society, while $200,000 went to her hairdresser.

The rest of the money went to her doctor and her nephew.
Madam Khoo's lawyer, Raymond Lye, told The Straits Times that she had a medical certificate to prove that she was “mentally sound“ during the making of the will.
