IKEA's Fill-In-The-Blanks Cookable Paper Is The Most Magical Thing You'll See Today
If only they had this here in Malaysia...
Let's face it, not all of us are blessed with Nigella Lawson-like cooking skills. For some of us, the biggest achievement we've had in the kitchen is proving some laws of physics wrong...
And that's exactly why we're losing our minds with these promising parchment paper recipes by IKEA!
In true IKEA fashion, they've turned what could have been a daunting dinner prep into a fun and interactive game. Just fill in the adorably-illustrated blanks with the corresponding ingredient, wrap them all up together, and bake them to perfection.
Illustrated with food-safe ink, the fill-in-the-blanks recipe sheets are a God-sent gift for all of us who are terrified of having to agak agak measurements when cooking
There's even a sheet for sweets! Here's the IKEA way to make Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble...
Here's the not-so-awesome bit though: They're not currently available in the market =(
The parchment paper recipes, the brainchild of Leo Burnett Canada, were given away at IKEA Canada stores as part of their kitchen-themed event. The 'Cook This Page' campaign has since been winning praises and prestigious awards for the simple yet ingenious idea.
With all the buzz this campaign has been receiving, we're hoping these magical sheets will somehow make it to Malaysian shores soon!
