Nike To Drop 'Year Of The Dragon' Air Force 1 For Chinese New Year
It will only be available in China.
To celebrate the Year of the Dragon, Nike is set to release a Chinese New Year edition of the Nike Air Force 1 Low
The iconic trainers, which have been around for over four decades, captivating both sneaker enthusiasts and basketball stars, received a new look just in time for the Lunar New Year.
Replacing its all-leather appearance, the new edition is wrapped in satin-style gold silk, giving it an extra touch of luxury and opulence.
Intricate details adorn every inch of the sneaker, including the iconic Swoosh — let's take a closer look
On the left shoe, an embroidered gold dragon gracefully glides, while on the opposite side, a phoenix elegantly emerges.

Shimmering gold accents can be found throughout the shoe, from the lace dubrae to the lace aglets and even the toe box heart, said to be crafted with 24k gold plated hardware
The Chinese character for 'double lucky' or 'prosperous' is meticulously stitched onto the tongue tag and heels, while also delicately etched onto the glossy lace tips and dubrae, designed exclusively for this unique sneaker.
Additionally, X user @brandon1an shared images of an all-red box that each pair of shoes will come in.
According to GQ, the shoes will only be available in China and will be released on the Nike SNKRS app on 14 February, alongside matching hoodies in gold and red.
The shoes will cost RMB2,599 (RM1,700).
