Here's how you can participate:

STEP 1: Nominate a deserving Malaysian home seeker (must be a first-time homeowner) by uploading a photo of them with PropertyGuru's picture frame here 

STEP 2: Post the photo (with the picture frame) on your Facebook or Instagram and explain why your nominee deserves to win (in not more than 300 words)

STEP 3: Make sure your post is public and tag @propertyguru.my on Facebook or @propertygurumalaysia on Instagram

STEP 4: Remember to include #PropertyGuruIsNumber1 and #PropertyGuruHomeGiveaway hashtags in your post

STEP 5: Once done, comment here with the caption, "I have nominated (name of nominee) on FB/IG" and include a link to your post

The nomination runs from 1 February until 31 March. 10 entries will be selected for the final round, and will be judged by the quality of the photo and caption. You can find out more here.
