To further strengthen their dedication towards shaping a sustainable future, IJM Land recently launched the Make A Difference (MAD) campaign
This campaign also commemorates IJM Land's 40th anniversary, reinforcing the property developer's commitment to making a profound impact that aligns with their philosophy.
Central to this effort is the Say Yes To 4R initiative, which advocates for reducing, improving, reusing, and recycling practices, fostering a call to action across all IJM Land projects.
IJM Land has also outlined four key initiatives as part of the MAD campaign:
1. Recycling for Impact
The goal is to collect more than 40,000 kilograms of recycled materials. Participants contributing their recycled items at any IJM Land sales gallery will be rewarded, and in the meantime, can enjoy a cup of coffee at the IJM Land sales gallery.
2. Steps for the Planet
IJM Land aims to achieve 40,000,000 steps for the planet, encouraging community members to walk and reduce their carbon footprint. The first 4,000 individuals who record 10,000 steps in a week and present their records at the nearest IJM Land sales gallery will be given a token of appreciation.
3. Greening Communities
IJM Land will distribute 4,000 plants at its sales galleries in Alam Suria, Pantai Sentral Park, Riana Dutamas, and Sebena Cove. Interested individuals can redeem a free plant at these locations from now until 31 December, while stocks last.
4. 4,000 hours of corporate social responsibility (CSR)
To achieve 4,000 hours of CSR, the property developer is organising community clean-ups, blood donation drives, as well as refurbishments and visits to old folks' homes and orphanages.
But that's not all. IJM Land is also empowering the community by organising bazaars that provide support to small local business owners, single mothers, and the disabled.
IJM Land is also offering exclusive promotions for 20 property developments
This includes IJM Rimbayu, Seremban 2, and Pantai Sentral Park, among many others, covering the Klang Valley, Penang, Negeri Sembilan, and more.
During the campaign period, running from now until 31 December, homebuyers can unlock savings of up to RM40 million, along with four free supplementary benefits.
Meanwhile, existing IJM Land property owners enrolled in the exclusive IJM Land Priority Programme will get to enjoy an extra 0.25% cash rebate for their next property purchase. This additional benefit complements the existing percentages associated with their platinum, gold, or silver memberships, reflecting IJM Land's deep appreciation for their loyal residents and homeowners.
