Ramadan is fast approaching, and you know what that means — it's time to start prepping for Raya!
From cleaning your house to doing groceries to shopping for new Raya clothes, there's lots to prep for before you're Raya-ready!
The best part about getting Raya-ready this year is that Lotus's has got you covered with their Sama-Sama Riang Berganda campaign, yay!
From Ramadan all the way up to Raya, Lotus's will have plenty of activities, promos, on-ground activations, and offerings in-store for you and your family to help you not only have a successful fasting month, but also prep for the festive season.
And to set the mood for the upcoming Hari Raya celebrations, Lotus's is decorating their branches with tonnes of bright green banners, yay!
1. Collect newly designed Lotus's raya packets when you do your groceries
For every RM50 spent, you'll be entitled to a free Lotus's Hari Raya packets. Available from 21 March onwards, each pack contains three super pretty Raya packets that you can give to your family members, nieces and nephews, and friends' kids!
2. Take part in Lotus's exclusive Raya World Roadshow
In collaboration with Sinar FM, Lotus's is extending the joy of Sama Sama Riang Berganda with their two-day on-ground event at selected Lotus's stores!
From playing games and winning prizes to interacting with radio DJs from Sinar FM, as well as meeting popular influencers, there's so much for you to do at Lotus's Raya World Roadshow.
In fact, you can win up to RM50 worth of cash vouchers, oooo. All you have to do is spend a minimum amount at any Lotus's store to unlock each game. The more you spend, the more games you'll unlock, and the higher your chance of winning a lucrative prize!

3. Become a My Lotus's member and enjoy their all-year-looong long vouchers
Lotus's all-year-looong long delights is their biggest and longest rewards programme for their customers yet. They're giving away 72 exclusive vouchers to every My Lotus's member throughout the year, with an amount totalling over RM3.8 million in giveaways, whoaa!
Each member will get to redeem up to six vouchers every month. You can redeem the vouchers in-store or online every month. Not a member yet? Sign up online or in-store and you'll get to redeem four additional vouchers instantly. Nice lahhh.
4. Show off your cooking skills and win your share of RM8,000 worth of Lotus's vouchers
Lotus's is organising Resepi Onz, Riang Berganda!, a weekly online cooking contest that you should definitely get your mum, aunties, grandmas to all join! Or, show off your own cooking chops and impress your loved ones this festive season.
All you have to do is prepare the dish based on the ingredients of the week. Each week, there will be five winners. The contestant with the most creative dish presentation will get to walk away with the first prize of RM1,000, followed by the second prize of RM500, the third prize of RM300, or one of the two consolation prizes, each consisting of a voucher worth RM100, yasss!
Here's a look at the dishes you'll have to prepare:
Week 1: Sahur meals
Required ingredients: Lotus's eggs and Lotus's sardine
Week 2: Main course
Required ingredients: Ikan kembung and round cabbages
Week 3: Refreshing drinks
Required ingredients: Nata de coco and Lotus's evaporated milk
Week 4: Desserts
Required ingredients: Sago and Lotus's UHT milk
Here's how to participate in the contest:
STEP 1: Spend a minimum of RM30 consisting of the required ingredients at any Lotus's store
STEP 2: Post a video of your completed dish on Instagram
STEP 3: Tag @LotussMalaysia and #SamaSamaRiangBerganda.
BONUS: Mention additional ingredients that were bought at Lotus's in your post for a higher chance of winning
And that's it! So easy, right? Time to get creative!
5. Spend your Hari Raya with Lotus's exclusive Boboiboy event
Yep, the iconic Boboiboy from the children's TV show that we know and love will be making a special appearance at selected Lotus's stores.
But that's not all. Boboiboy has plenty of activities lined up for you and your children, such as a Boboiboy card trading station, art and craft workshop, special customisation of Boboiboy Raya WhatsApp stickers, colouring competition, Galaxy Run, and more!

Lotus's will be collaborating with food aid organisations to prepare yummy iftar treats for children from welfare homes, allowing them to berbuka with friends and volunteers, making it a more meaningful occasion for them.
Plus, Lotus's will also be organising super fun activities for the kids and giving away goodie bags and essentials so they're well stocked for Hari Raya!
