Have you noticed a problem in your community?
Uber founders, Travis Kalanick and Garrett Camp, were in Paris attending LeWeb conference in 2008. The close friends were complaining about everyday annoyances, including the trouble it takes to get a reliable taxi when you really need it.
A simple problem that anyone who's ever traveled has experienced.
Do you have an idea that can make a difference?
Kalanick and Camp began brainstorming solutions to their taxi problems. They talked about ways to solve the global issue of finding cars at the right place, at the right time.
They decided the answer had to involve two things: mobile and speed. That idea grew and in January 2010, Uber was launched in San Francisco.
The rest, as they say, is history.
So how would you like to turn your idea into a reality?
As an entrepreneur, you can take charge of your own destiny, be your own boss, choose the people you work with, follow your passion, and give back to your community, to name but a few perks.
If that sounds like your dream, then maybe it's time to make it come true. And it all begins with a single idea.
Do you have what it takes to be the next Steve Jobs, Mark Zuckerberg, or Richard Branson?
The Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre (MaGIC), Uber and Digi Incub8 are coming together to find the next big idea that will change the world - and it could very well come from you!
A two-week Ideation Lab at MaGIC Campus, located in Cyberjaya, will bring your ideas to life. It is open to all budding entrepreneurs, who are ready to take the next step in turning their vision into reality.

With expert guidance, you'll be able to fine-tune your ideas and concepts, create a working prototype, and get started on your entrepreneurial journey.
