Popular steak stall Stiq has been gaining a cult following for its five-star platters at tepi jalan prices. Despite using premium-quality meats, the steaks here are sold between 35% to 40% below market price.

Interestingly, the stall opts for the sous vide cooking method, in which the steaks are vacuum-sealed and cooked in water for long hours at a relatively low temperature
