For those of you who haven't, HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give your one-hundred perfect effort while doing quick intense bursts of exercises followed by short recovery periods. This method is known for burning a lot of fat in a short amount of time. 

So, we challenged two of our colleagues to try HIIT training...for the FIRST TIME
