For those of you who haven't, HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give your one-hundred perfect effort while doing quick intense bursts of exercises followed by short recovery periods. This method is known for burning a lot of fat in a short amount of time.
So, we challenged two of our colleagues to try HIIT training...for the FIRST TIME
Both of them started very well
However, this happened
Eventually it was too much, the struggle was real
