Here's everything you can experience at the Watsons #GetActiveFest:

1. Get energised from sunrise to sunset as the fitness instructors Deno, Atilia Haron, and Alex Phang lead you through two exercise routines - 'Yoga in the Park' and 'Move Your Body Zumba'

Start off your morning with the peace and serenity of 'Yoga in the Park' from 6am - 8am, then once the sun goes down it's time to join in on the super happening 'Move Your Body Zumba' from 7pm - 10pm.

2. Let your little ones play to their heart's content at the Inflatable Fitness Playground

They'll have so much fun that they won't even realise that they've actually been exercising the whole time!

3. Learn handy tips and tricks as well as gain insights from various experts at their lifestyle talks and workshops

4. Try your hand at wall climbing and see if you can make it all the way to the top

5. Soar up into the skies on a free hot air balloon ride
