If you're a fan of mahjong and yearn for a taste of Hong Kong right in Johor, 13Units Hong Kong Café will make you feel nostalgic, as if you're in a Wong Kar-wai movie
This retro café currently has two branches in Johor, one in Danga Utama and the other in Nusa Sentral.
The décor is charmingly eclectic, with its theme centred around everything mahjong
The pillows and lamps are adorned with the characters and symbols typically found on mahjong tiles.

But the highlight of the décor is this square table designed to look like a traditional mahjong setup.
This table is covered with a pane of glass, beneath which mahjong tiles are arranged as if you're sitting at a mahjong table ready for a game. But instead, you're just about to enjoy a delicious meal.
From curry fishball mee and dim sum to milk teas and polo buns, the café serves a variety of delicious Hong Kong-style delicacies and beverages
Even the milk cubes for some of the drinks are shaped and made to resemble mahjong tiles
For those who can't get enough of the mahjong theme, this unique café also has a dedicated merchandise corner
Here, you can find everything mahjong-themed, including keychains, home slippers, coffee cups, hairclips, and even Rubik's cubes, so you can take a piece of this café home with you.
