TRACE Restaurant & Bar is launching a new tempting dinner buffet for meat lovers, happening from 6 October to 2 December 2023.
Apart from serving delectable food, the elegant restaurant is located on Level 40 of Element Kuala Lumpur Hotel and is known for their airy, daylit ambience, which also boasts a stunning bird's eye view of Kuala Lumpur's skyline.
If you're looking for a place to have a casual meal with your loved ones or to celebrate various occasions before the year wraps up, TRACE Restaurant has some wholesome buffets, as well as local and international gourmet delights.
Their all-new MEAT Me @ TRACE Dinner Buffet will be happening every Saturday and Sunday from 6pm to 10pm, offering a wide selection of meats grilled à la minute to perfection right before diners, woah!
These include peri-peri grilled chicken, rosemary gremolata lamb, chicken and beef satay, as well as various types of seafood like tilapia, barramundi, stingray, squid, mussel, and prawn. So, whether you're a meat lover or a seafood lover, there's something for everyone.
Diners can also expect to catch some Instagram-worthy moments as their chefs skillfully work their charms at the grill station.
Carnivores will be spoiled at the carving and hot dishes stations, where they will offer mouth-watering meat specialities like roasted lamb mandi rice, herb-crusted beef sirloin, roasted chicken, and mutton rogan josh, among other delights.
That's not all. The meat fiesta will continue through the night with the crowd-favourite BBQ beef short ribs carving trolley tableside showcase!
TRACE Restaurant's chefs will go from table to table, slicing succulent, melt-in-your-mouth meat directly for guests, adding a theatrical element to elevate the entire dining experience.

The original price is RM158 for adults, but after the discount, it will only be RM126.40.
Children aged from six to 12 years old can enjoy the buffet at half the price.
