With food trends constantly evolving, it's important for brands to keep up with all the latest updates and come up with products that everyone will love

Two flavours that have recently received a lot of love are cookies and caramel, both of which clinched spots in the list of Top 10 Most Desired Flavours in Asia Pacific¹.

Also, according to studies conducted within Asia Pacific² ³, 70% of consumers were seeking new and exciting chocolates, whilst more than 60% desired chocolates which offer multiple textures and flavours. While taste and enjoyment remain consumers' key motivations, crunchy textures took the top spot as the most desired experience.

Taking all this into consideration, KitKat has come up with a new limited-edition flavour that'll definitely be a hit — KitKat Salted Caramel Cookies!

Maintaining the original chocolate milk flavour we all know and love, the new flavour also includes caramelised cookie bits, which are subtly seasoned with a touch of salt. And of course, there's still the signature crispy wafer KitKat is known for too. Yummm, that sounds so good, right?

All this combined creates the perfect balance between sweet and salty flavours, as well as giving it a good mix of smooth and crunchy textures. Enjoy an exciting, tasty, and crunchy gastronomical adventure with every bite!

The KitKat Salted Caramel Cookies flavour comes in two different sizes – the 4-Finger single-pack and the Multipack containing five pieces of 2-Finger packs.

"In creating our new KitKat variant, we took inspiration from the latest market insights and trends, especially from the Generation Zs, who are the most forthcoming in expressing their aspirations for unique food experiences.

"KitKat has reinvented our chocolatey fingers, combining cookies with salted caramel together with our signature crispy wafer to create this sensational new limited-edition flavour!" said Carlota Casellas, Business Executive Officer of Nestlé Confectionery.
