Everyone's Favourite McShaker Fries Are Back Along With Other Additions To The McD Menu
Brb, otw to McD.
On Thursday, 19 September, McDonald's Malaysia announced that their McShaker Fries are back.
We ran straight to the nearest outlet when we found out.
Visual representation of what happened:
All it takes is RM1 for you to upgrade your regular fries to the much more superior McShaker version
Each serving comes with a packet of spicy curry seasoning and a paper bag for you to shake, shake, shake your fries in
The McShaker Fries aren't exactly new. Once in a while, they show up on the McD menu but we haven't seen them in years.
And oh, how we've missed them so much.
We're happy to tell you that it tastes just as good as we remember it to be, if not better.
Warning: Do not inhale the seasoning. Don't say we didn't warn you.
Besides that, their Hershey's chocolate ice cream just got an upgrade
The Hersey's chocolate ice cream, which was only available as a sundae cone, now comes in a cup along with a generous drizzle of chocolate sauce.
Our social media manager, who also happens to be our office's ice cream connoisseur, tried the Double Chocolate Sundae and he said it was GREAT.
For fish burger enthusiasts, you should try out the new Sweet Chili Burger
Unlike the classic Filet-O-Fish, this burger comes with a crispy fish fillet topped with sweet and spicy sauce.
Meanwhile, those with a sweet tooth might be excited to try the new Strawberry Custard Pie
McDonald's classic deep-fried crispy pie shell is filled with sweet strawberry jam and creamy custard. You can have it as dessert after a meal or on its own as a snack!
McD sure knows how to win Malaysians over. Last month, they changed the sign at the Bukit Bintang outlet to 'Mekdi':
