With its unique location, Pizza Hills is a destination for travellers far and wide who are looking to have an adventure to a 'hidden' pizza parlour.
The restaurant has a variety of artisanal pizzas made of ingredients grown from their own sustainable farm.
Located just a 10-minute drive from the town of Kuah, the eatery is a quaint stall attached to Chef Lance's house in the Langkawi hills of Kampung Buluh Penyumpit.
Snug in the vast greenery, Pizza Hills has its own little farm with ducks, and a garden of homegrown herbs and fruits
If you're feeling adventurous, they even serve dessert pizzas!
One of the unique pizzas they serve is the Blu Cheese, Pear, and Walnut pizza, which is a pizza with a white base, blue cheese, pear, and toasted walnuts, topped with caramelised onions.
However, their specialty is the omakase-style pizzas, where Chef Lance prepares a meal that is seasonal, refined, and inventive, made with the finest ingredients available.
Most people come to visit for their famous dessert pizza of the week, such as Brown Butter and Lemon Curd Pizza topped with marshmallows, nuts, and cherries. Each pizza is carefully baked in their outdoor brick oven.
Their prices range from RM30 to RM200. Situated on a hill with only narrow roads leading up to Pizza Hills, you will need to rent a bike/car or hire a driver.
As of today, they are able to seat 18 people at a time so patrons are expected to make reservations before visiting.
