Berita Harian reported that he was charged at the Sessions Court for two counts of rape, but pleaded not guilty.
The first count alleged that the 41-year-old raped his daughter around 3am to 4am between mid-July to early August at a house in Kuala Terengganu.
Meanwhile, the second count accused him of repeating the offence between 3am and 4am on 17 August at the same location.

While sitting for her Ujian Penilaian Sekolah Rendah (UPSR), the victim felt nauseous and vomited.
A doctor's check-up later revealed that she was already seven weeks pregnant.
According to Astro Awani, the girl's enraged mother filed a police report against her husband.
He was apprehended by the police on Thursday, 12 September.
