MALACCA: A 55-year-old lorry driver was crushed to death after being struck by a 25-ton metal crane that fell at the back of the Mahkota Parade shopping complex here, today.

Anas Tawi, 55, an Indonesian who was also a Malaysia permanent resident, suffered serious head injuries during the mishap when the crane was believed to be lifting a generator to the complex’s roof.
