Williams Syndrome, for which there is currently no cure, is a rare neurodevelopmental disorder that affects 1 in 10,000 people worldwide. People with this syndrome are known for being highly sociable and empathetic and often have a strong affinity for music, and lil Robbie's lust for life at such a young age could not be clearer.
